PD min: 4 yrs for Product Manager, 8 yrs for Senior Product Manager — with a proven track record in a professional org.

PD: deep knowledge of home lending products, the systems they're originated & maintained on, and lender-facing processes & governance.

PD: intermediate (PM) / advanced (Senior PM) understanding of the NZ regulatory & legislative environment, plus initiatives that improve compliance and protect customers.

PD outcome: 'create strong foundations by effectively managing product risks via incident & issue management.'

PD: 'lead ways of working to support our technology modernisation and make things simple and easy for our customers.' Change management at pace.

PD: 'ability to build effective relationships across functional lines at all levels' + outstanding written/verbal influencing skills.

Senior PM PD: 'lead Product Managers and Associate PMs… coach & mentor to develop their knowledge, capabilities and craft' and 'foster a continuous learning culture.'
